These are tough times, and our collective heart goes out to all the families, communities, and businesses affected by COVID-19.

Following the continuing Coronavirus pandemic restrictions on movement, and concern for the welfare of all our employees and you, our valued customers, we have still temporarily suspended some of our business activities. This will include site visit’s to none key business services at this time. (Though remote support services will be available to all clients)

However we are committed to providing support to those involved in community resources like our food, healthcare and government customers.


Please note that we will not be attending customers’ sites for non urgent call-outs in an aim to limit any potential spread.
We will however continue to operate remote support services in this case; in which most issues can be resolved.

If we do need to attend site, this will only be for key and frontline service businesses and any essential supporting businesses, again in an aim to limit the spread.
When attending site the engineers will be operating within the social distancing guidelines as outlined by the Government.

Please include the serial number of your device and a contact name and number and any restrictions on business opening times.


We will still continue to supply and deliver consumables for your devices. Please again submit any orders to and a ticket will be raised for your order. However, we would require the below information to complete these:

  • Serial number of your device.
  • Contact name and number of delivery contact.
  • Any access and time restrictions which are in place for your business.
