4 hour call out – We offer a standard 4 hr call out to all contracts with our friendly manufacturer trained service technicians.

Free Installation & Training – We believe that the most important part of your ownership of your device is the transition stage and training. That is why we provide free managed installation and training. 

Dedicated account managers – Our dedicated managers assigned to your account will ensure that your document solution is providing your business with the functions it requires to grow now and in the future.

IT Support Team – As most devices are no longer just printers you will also have access to our IT support teams who will assist in the configurations and integrations for your equipment with your internal IT infrastructure and processes.
